Today I attended a full day teaching seminar at the Dallas Brooks Hall, East Melbourne. The morning started out very overcast, humid and stormy. However, by the time lunchtime hit, the rain had dissipated and the sun was shining brightly. So I took advantage of the situation and went on a lovely stroll to the Fitzroy Gardens, adjacent to today's venue. It was a welcomed break after a busy morning!
What I love most about the Fitzroy Gardens are the tree lined paths and the picturesque gardens.
The day called for comfortable clothing, as I would be sitting for the majority of it, I opted for my silk liberty blouse, favourite pair of jeans and lightweight cashmere sweater, which I wrapped over my shoulders when it got too cool indoors.
Do you enjoy strolling in the park? If so, where is your favourite place? I'd love to know!
Please feel free to leave comments and join my blog!
I'd love to hear from you!
