ways to wear a winter scarf

I bought this Alessandra Cashmere scarf at A Shop Called Milk, located along Hampton Street in the beautiful bayside suburb known as Hampton. It was a gift from my husband a few years back. 



I have quite a lot of grey clothing in my wardrobe. There's something about the colour that I love. I always feel great when I'm wearing it. The same goes for this scarf. With its grey tones, and block colours of winter white and pale pink, it's the sweetest scarf I own. I love the little love heart that reads "A" for Alessandra Cashmere. Their cashmere is super soft and cosy!







 There are so many different ways of wearing a woollen scarf and here I'm only showing you a few of my favourite looks.



What ways do you like wearing your winter scarves?

The weather here in Melbourne has been extremely cold so we have all had to grab our winter woollies to keep snug. I'm looking forward to some warmer weather in the not too distant future!! I feel the cold terrribly!

    I LOVE the first option! That is so cute how you have it knotted! I don't wear scarfs a bunch (mainly because I don't have any cute ones). I will need to look for some this winter. (It is blazing hot summer here right now.)

      Hi Amy! Thanks so much! Cashmere scarves are perhaps the cosiest, They don't itch or scratch and are easier to work with. Look out for smaller scarves, since my large cashmere scarf is a bit too bulky to work with. Have fun! ;)

I was joking with my better half about the outfit I chose to wear to our special family reunion. We needed to travel into the city to the Fitzroy Gardens, and on our journey, we kept eachother entertained by thinking of gelati flavours which matched my oufit. Ballistic for Bally

I have always loved Bally , especially their shoes. They're made with the softest, luxurious leather I have ever worn. Bally were my first ever pair of high end designer shoes and they fit like a glove. So this post is going to be dedicated to one of the most prestigious design houses and their amazingly comfortable, chic shoes.  Here's some of my favourites from Bally's new S/S '12 collection: Which is your favourite? I love the classic black Otty-Crest pump and the teal and navy Palda wedge sandals. Have a great week! Mine will be an interesting one. Olga De Polga

Melbourne based designer Olga de Polga  is renowned for their use of colour and vibrant patterns. I really enjoy adding a pop of colour when I style outfits, so if you love colour, you are bound to find something fabulous. On my recent visit, I picked up two pairs of Lillian pants, a new style to ODP, in both pink and caramel. These colours go so well with other pieces in my wardrobe. Style tip: I will not add anything to my wardrobe if it doesn't go with other pieces, so I am very particular when choosing a new piece to add to my collection. The cords fit really well, sitting at mid-waist and fall at the perfect length. The corduroy fabric is soft and feels so cosy, so perfect for Winter here in Melbourne!  Have you visited Olga de Polga? If so, what are your favourite pieces?
