You know the feeling you get when you bump into an old friend-the feeling is a warm and fuzzy one-well, that is how I would describe my experience today when I stepped inside the beautiful Anna Thomas boutique, Hawksburn. I was greeted by Eva, she was attentive to my needs and my style aesthetic-showing me a few piece she thought would work, I was wearing a pair of Megan Salmon linen pants in a mustard, almost chartreuse colour. I found a blush pink cotton/silk short sleeve pussy bow (lucky for me it was on sale) and another top from the new AW '26 collection in a dusty pink-Merino wool, with long sleeves (Look One). The sizing is on the slimmer side, which is fantastic as I am slim and most brands are so oversized! These two items worked beautifully with my mustard pants and I could also see them working with other pieces in my closet too-like the grey and charcoal and the camel pieces I own already.
