Designer Profile-Yeojin Bae

I am in love with Yeojin Bae's work. Yeojin is awe-inspiring and, best of all, she is an Australian designer. I was lucky enough to receive a recent purchase from the Yeojin Bae online website. The customer service is amazing! I cannot tell you how well I was treated. I highly recommend having a browse online and purchasing a special item from Yeojin's collection. The online shop also carries stock that is on sale, so you don't have to break the bank to become the wearer of this gorgeous label.  There are many chic and edgy designs to choose from. Here are three of my favourite looks from her new collection, Premier '11.


Since this is a designer profile, I want to provide you with some facts and details about this inspiring Australian  designer. Yeojin Bae was born in Korea. She entered the field of fashion design at the tender age of 15, where she was a student at the Whitehouse Institute of Design. She has worked with the likes of the Charlie Brown, Saba fashion houses and received mentionable internships with the likes of Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui.






In 2006, Yeojin Bae launched her own label and since then has received awards, such as the LMFF Designer Award and the Prix de Marie Claire Designer of the Year award. 
Yeojin has moved on to become an international success, with her designs being made available in prestigious stores in New York, London and Dubai.

gelati in the gardens

I was joking with my better half about the outfit I chose to wear to our special family reunion. We needed to travel into the city to the Fitzroy Gardens, and on our journey, we kept eachother entertained by thinking of gelati flavours which matched my oufit. Ballistic for Bally

I have always loved Bally , especially their shoes. They're made with the softest, luxurious leather I have ever worn. Bally were my first ever pair of high end designer shoes and they fit like a glove. So this post is going to be dedicated to one of the most prestigious design houses and their amazingly comfortable, chic shoes.  Here's some of my favourites from Bally's new S/S '12 collection: Which is your favourite? Paint Spot

I've always loved dresses with spots, ever since I spotted Julia Roberts from the movie Pretty Woman, wearing one. They're so feminine and pretty.  A couple of months ago, while perusing Karen Walker 's Spring/Summer collection online, I eyed this paint spot dress and couldn't resist it. I decided I would wear it on Christmas Day, rain, hail or shine. I was so lucky Melbourne's weather was behaving itself that day. Lucky for me! I cannot believe Christmas has been and gone already and now we're into the new year. Over the festive season, a wonderful time was had, catching up with family and my closest friends.
