Burberry September 2017

For years now, Burberry has been one of my favoured British design houses. Led by Christopher Bailey at the design helm, the collection for September, 2017, is edgy, contemporary and yet very eclectic. With the addition of tartan, this collection stays true to British history and tradition. Of course, I am most partial to the tartan skirt. I have two in my arsenal. Enjoy your week! Ralph Lauren Collection Pre-Fall '17

I n my eyes, no other designer does it quite like Ralph Lauren . I guess what appeals to me the most is the timelessness of the garments and  the sheer fact the garments are classics, which means they will still look fabulous in years to come.  Of course, a designer must know what looks best on the woman's figure. I love the way Ralph Lauren garments skim a woman's curves and highlight the most flattering areas.  My absolute favourite piece from the new Ralph Lauren Collection for Pre-Fall '17, consists of a two piece tweed jacket and pant ensemble, the Helene Jacket  which highlights the shoulders and pants skimming the hips. So chic, so classic and timeless.  What is your favourite piece from this collection? Yours in style,  Suzi x images c/o Vogue

Ralph Lauren Never Lets Me Down

There's one brand that never lets me down, and that's the iconic American designer label, Ralph Lauren . I still own several oxford shirts which I wear to work that I bought years ago. They are still in good nick, despite the numerous times they have been worn. Now that says a lot about the quality and craftsmanship of the brand. That's why I will continue to purchase Ralph Lauren garments.  What is your favourite go-to, "never-let's-you-down" label? Enjoy the long weekend, peeps from Australia!  Yours in style,  Suzi x images from vogue.com SS/17 http://www.vogue.com/fashion-shows/spring-2017-ready-to-wear/ralph-lauren/slideshow
